This spring our family decided to purchase a RTV 900 for our son, Kristopher. Kristopher suffers from a very rare disorder known as Anglemann’s Syndrome. This disorder has impaired him physically and mentally. However, Kris knows quite well how to get his point across to us without using words.
After having the freedom to see our twenty acres of land, he demands going for his ride at least twice daily. If we do not see that his ride is prompt he lets everyone in the house pay for the delay! When his RTV broke not long ago, we didn’t know what to do. Upon taking the RTV to your tractor dealership, we were told it might take a while, but the service agent, Phillip, was very kind to us. He was able to see that the car was serviced the same day. Needless to say, Kris and our whole family were very grateful.
Our entire family would again like to say thanks to you good people at Bagley Tractor for the prompt manner in which our car was serviced.
